REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with PlayTriviaFire. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. AUTOMATIC CREDIT REFUNDS

If a game session fails to generate questions due to a technical error on our end, your credit is automatically refunded to your account immediately — no action required from you. You will see your credit balance restored and can start a new game right away.

This automatic refund covers situations where:

  • Technical failure preventing game from starting
  • Duplicate charge on the same purchase
  • Unauthorised charge on your account
  • Service outage lasting more than 24 hours
  • Request within 7 days, credits unused

✗ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Credits already used to play games
  • Dissatisfaction with question difficulty
  • Disagreement with a specific answer
  • Request after 30 days of purchase

3. REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at support@playtriviafire.com with the following information:

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. CHANGE OF MIND

If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@playtriviafire.com to discuss.

5. UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS

If you believe a charge was made to your payment method without your authorisation, contact us immediately at support@playtriviafire.com. We take fraud seriously and will investigate promptly. You may also contact your bank or card issuer directly to dispute the charge.

6. UNDERAGE ACCOUNT REFUNDS

If an account is found to belong to a user under 13 years of age and is terminated as a result, we will refund any unused credits to the original payment method. Refunds for underage accounts are processed within 10 business days of account termination. To report an underage account, contact us at support@playtriviafire.com.

7. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly without the need for a chargeback process.

8. CREDIT EXPIRY

Credits do not expire. You will never lose credits simply because time has passed. Credits are only consumed when you start a game session.
